Returns and Exchanges

What if  I am unsatisfied  with my items?

If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept your returned items for a store credit (minus shipping fees and taxes) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after  the time window has ended. All returns must be in accordance with the following return policy criteria:

 

  • Items  must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Items must be stain free (example make-up, deodorant, oil, wear, etc.)
  • Bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments and lingerie are non-returnable
  • Cosmetics, beauty products and accessories are non-returnable
  • Shoes must be unworn, showing no signs of wear and returned in the original packaging
  • Sales items are non-returnable
  • All Custom-Made pieces are final sale

  

To ensure the processing of returned merchandise please submit the return request form https://form.jotform.com/240658567155162 and send all items to our customer care center using the printed return label provided upon your email request. Please send an email to customercare@michelledivineboutique.com. to request shipping label.

 

All returns are processed within 7-10 business days from the day its is received at our customer care center. Customers will receive email notification once we have received returned items. You will be notified of your accepted or rejected return. If your return is accepted you will be issued a store credit.

 

What if I received damaged or defective items?

In the case you have received defective or damaged goods please notify us within 24hrs of the delivery date. Please send us an email at customercare@michelledivineboutique.com. The email should include the order#, a clear photo and brief description of the damage and specify if you want to  exchange or refund the damaged item. Please  return items as instructed in the above return policy. Damaged or defective items will not be accepted without email notification or after the time window has ended.

 

What if I need to cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order please notify us within 24hrs of submitting the order. Please  email us at customercare@michelledivineboutique.com letting us know the changes you wish to make to your order. Be advised that our ability to make changes is contingent upon the availability items. Orders will NOT be able to be cancelled or modified after the 24hr time window (once the order production begins). Please see return policy above instead.

Orders cancelled within the 24hr window will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

 

NOTE: Michelle Divine Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse  any returns that do not meet the return policy criteria listed above or returns that are  deemed excessive and/or fraudulent under the sole discretion of Michelle Divine Boutique LLC.

  

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

GENERAL INFORMATION 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. Michelle Divine Boutique LLC will not assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

 

When will my order arrive?

All orders are subject to payment processing and production time that is separate from the time it takes the order to reach its destination once it has left our premises for shipping. 

Because we are a slow fashion company emphasizing on quality control most of all items are made-to order and the standard production time can take up to 2-4 weeks. Items that we may carry in stock has standard production time of 1-7 business days. When your order has been fully processed and ready to ship you will be notified with tracking info.

Pre-order, made-to-order and bespoke items will ship within the estimated time frame listed on the item's description page or in above mentioned time frame. Items will ship express (est. delivery time of 1-5 business days) once they are available to ship.

Special Shipping & Delivery Note For Furs: 

Our furs are made when ordered. Because our items are imported from China, Russia, or Italy shipping times to US destinations is 2-4 weeks unless noted otherwise in the item description. Although some items may arrive within 10-12 days, please allow up to 4 weeks.

 

My tracking info says my order has been delivered but I have not received my package?

If you are experiencing a non-delivery issue or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 3 days to file a claim at customercare@michelledivineboutique.com. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

NOTE: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete. Michelle Divine Boutique LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

  

PRODUCTION & PAYMENT

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Some of my items are out of stock, what next?

In the event that your order includes one or more of the items that are out of stock and/or we no longer carry the materials made to produce the item, we will send you an email notification and go ahead and ship the rest of your order. You will be issued a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

 

Can I pre-order items?

 

The option to pre-order will be available for selected items. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for items to be restocked and pre-orders to be fulfilled.

 

How long will my custom-made/ bespoke (this includes runway collection garments) order take to be ready?

 

Because these special garments are made to order and may even require several consultations and approvals, please allow up to 8-12 weeks* for your order to be ready.

 

NOTE: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply and ship only part of an order or divide orders into multiple shipments as necessary. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. All orders are subject to order and address verification and credit approval. Once your entire order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, the order may not be processed.

Please make all checks payable to "MICHELLE DIVINE BOUTIQUE" and reference your order# in the memo. Orders will be processed after checks are deposited and cleared. You will receive email confirmation once check has been accepted and cleared and your order is ready for processing. We do not accept Foreign checks (drawn on a bank that is located outside of the United States of America and/or not payable in the U.S. Dollars).

 

For custom-made items payments are  split into 2 payments. The first payment will be collected at the during design consultation and the final payment will be collected at the completion of the garment(s) prior to delivery.
