Refund policy
If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept your returned items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Accepted returns will be issued a store credit only. Returns will NOT be accepted after the time window has ended. All returns must be in accordance with the following return policy criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
- Items must be stain free (example make-up, deodorant, oil, wear, etc.)
- Bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments and lingerie are non-returnable
- Cosmetics, beauty products and accessories are non-returnable
- Shoes must be unworn, showing no signs of wear and returned in the original packaging
- Sales items are non-returnable
- All Custom-Made pieces are final sale
- No Refunds on alteration services and virtual services (design consultations, alterations, personalized items, fittings etc.)
To ensure the processing of returned merchandise please submit the completed return request form and send all items to our customer care center using the printed return label provided upon your email request. All returns are processed within 5-10 business days from the day it is received at our customer care center. Customers will receive email an notification once we have received the returned items. You will be notified of your accepted or rejected return. If your return is accepted you will be issued a store credit.
What if I received damaged or defective items?
In the case you have received defective or damaged goods please notify us within 24hrs of the delivery date. Please send us an email at customer.care@michelledivineboutique.com. The email should include the order#, a clear photo and brief description of the damage and specify if you want to exchange or return the damaged item. Please return items as instructed in the above return policy. Damaged or defective items will not be accepted without email notification or after the time window has ended.
What if I need to cancel or modify my order?
To cancel or modify your order please notify us within 24hrs of submitting the order. Please email us at customer.care@michelledivineboutique.com letting us know the changes you wish to make to your order. Be advised that our ability to make changes is contingent upon the item availability. Orders can NOT be cancelled or modified after the 24hr time window (once the order production begins). Please see return policy above instead.
Only orders cancelled within the 24hr window will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
NOTE: Michelle Divine Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the return policy criteria listed above or returns that are deemed excessive and/or fraudulent under the sole discretion of Michelle Divine Boutique LLC.
