Shipping policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. Michelle Divine Boutique LLC will not assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are subject to payment processing and production time that is separate from the time it takes the order to reach its destination once it has left our premises for shipping.
Because we are a slow fashion company emphasizing on quality control most of all items are made-to order and the standard production time can take up to 2-4 weeks. Items that we may carry in stock has standard production time of 1-7 business days. When your order has been fully processed and ready to ship you will be notified with tracking info.
Pre-order, made-to-order and bespoke items will ship within the estimated time frame listed on the item's description page or in above mentioned time frame. Items will ship express (est. delivery time of 1-5 business days) once they are available to ship.
International Shipping & Customs
Some countries may require additional import fees, taxes and duties etc. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and import fees, be sure to consider these costs into your total before checkout.
Refused Delivery/Attempted Delivery/Missed Delivery
Michelle Divine Boutique LLC is not responsible and will issue no refund for missed delivery and refused delivery packages. Once we have received the items it will process within return policy guidelines from the original attempt to deliver date or we can arrange to resend your order, additional shipping cost will apply. Special Shipping & Delivery Note For Furs:
Our furs are made when ordered. Because our items are imported from China, Russia, or Italy shipping times to US destinations is 2-4 weeks unless noted otherwise in the item description. Although some items may arrive within 10-12 days, please allow up to 4 weeks.
My tracking info says my order has been delivered but I have not received my package?
If you are experiencing a non-delivery issue or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 3 days to file a claim at customer.care@michelledivineboutique.com. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Michelle Divine is not responsible for items lost nor will issue a refund.
NOTE: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete. Michelle Divine Boutique LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered or attempted to deliver or refused delivery packages.
